A wee bit of background
Linda is the oldest of 12 from St. Louis, Missouri. Having lived in California since college graduation, she is a devoted Catholic, and fortuitous witness to God's miracles including meeting Michael. She is a proud mom, happy grandma to 5, life-long entrepreneur, world traveller (Africa is a favorite), politically passionate and an all-in adventure-seeker. Linda has run an ad agency for 30 years and a national B2B magazine for nearly 20, but mostly loves to run, hike and walk. She has been chased by an African elephant, pelted by Amazonian piranha and nearly died after eating meat on a stick from a street vendor in Cambodia. She wouldn't trade a moment.
Michael was born third of 9. He was raised in Appleton, Wisconsin, until he turned 14 when his family moved to Moraga, California. He is a devout Catholic maybe because he's super smart. Michael graduated number 1 in his class from U.C. Davis, and with honors from Stanford. Linda is fond of saying he invented the hard drive but the truth is he invented “a hard drive,” and then retired at 50. He's since gone on to master the perfect apple in his private orchard and delivers his wares to family and friends upon request. He's a world traveller (Japan is a favorite), high-level cyclist, hiker, walker, and can fix anything in the house. He loves his family with passion. Michael has been chased by Linda, was literally run over by a truck when cycling and has a wicked sense of humor in very small groups.
